Being Healthy Part 1
Being healthy can take on many meanings, however the two most common meanings of being healthy is one that consumes a healthy diet and is physically active. To your surprise, those are the two things that this post won’t be focusing on. There are many things, other than fitness and nutrition, that play a large role in determining if someone is healthy or not. One can eat a healthy diet and be physically active, but if they’re not working on other areas of their life, then they still might not be healthy. Some things that can affect your health are: Stress & Overwhelm Lack of sleep Depression & Grief Lack of socialization Lack of family time Isolation Lack of self care Little to no alone time Bottling up emotions And Many More I’m going to focus more on the first three in this post because the rest tie into the first three and I will discuss further in future posts.
